Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness. The view was pretty but there are no chairs on the beach which is on the shores of a marina . Overall I would not stay again. I thank management for trying to rectify our concerns on the last day

Hotel muy simple y con materiales antiguos
Posted 20 Nov 2023 on HotelsDesde que hemos llegado no ha parado de hacer diferentes problemas. El baño en un estado pésimo, la cama super incomoda y me dijo el colchón. Se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas. Los materiales muy básicos y con mucha suciedad en el hotel. No entiendo cómo puede ser 4 estrellas la verdad.

The amenities of the hotel were not good. The pool was always consumed with birds and the food wasn’t good.

I really enjoyed the San Agustin Hotel, especially the location in Paracas and beautiful harbor view. The room was very comfortable and staff was excellent.
