Unconventional cabin in back yard overlooked by neighbouring properties, lacked efficient ventilation. The bathroom located across the bare courtyard paved with sharp cut large gravel.

When booking on expedia or any other accommodation website you can click on each type of accommodation/room offered to check it's facilities. I have x2 studios with en-suites and x2 cabins with a private detached bathroom. When we talked on the phone after check-in I showed you this information that you had access to before booking, and unfortunately explained that the studios were fully booked so I coudn't move you. The cabin is set in a lovely courtyard which has a mix of decking, gravel and paving slabs, outside furniture etc. Privacy is maintained by made to fit net blinds and additional black out blinds, and we've often been told the accommodation feels like you are tucked away. I am sorry if the room may have felt too hot on arrival- at this time of year we like to leave the heating on, and a light on when we can for guests arrival, however there are two large windows that can be opened for ventilation and double doors. It's a shame that you decided not to stay with us- obviously our ultimate goal is to provide really high end accommodation that is a great experience to stay in, and receive good reviews. We could not offer you a full refund, which you were demanding for the stay, as we had held the booking in good faith and turned down other business. If any future guests are reading this please feel free to contact me with any questions before you book, and be assured that the vast majority of our guests say how closely the pictures match the accommodation provided. Nice visit
Posted 20 Oct 2023 on HotelsGreat for one night in Par while passing through the area. Studio was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and stocked with kitchen essentials (kettle, mugs, cutlery, etc.). Communication with the host beforehand was superb.

Almost excellent!
Posted 28 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe Scrummy cabin was lovely, clean, well appointed. But...there are few tiny details that woould make this place excellent. As the beautiful toilet and showerroom were across a court yard ( across very noisy gravel) it would be useful to provide dressing gowns and slippers or alert guests that they would be useful to bring. A large carafe of water - so the trek to the bathroom is not needed -would be helpful. A few hooks in the bathroom would be a finishing touch. These small details did not detarct from a very comfortable, peaceful 2 day stay. Thank you

Cute little cabin -glamping experience.
Posted 13 Jun 2023 on HotelsCute little cabin in a pleasant courtyard. Own private bathroom across the shared gravel courtyard but only one other cabin used the courtyard so fairly private. Glad I took some slippers though. Could be warm in the summer but side full length windows opened to let the breeze through.
