"Very charming hotel with excellent staff. The room was on the smaller side but served our purposes perfectly. We were upgraded from a Queen to a King with no problems. The interior is beautiful and well maintained as is the outside facade of the hotel. It is well situated for walking to dinner, shopping and Central Park."
"Great location very close to Time's Square. The room was nice, but the elevators are living a life on their own. Weirdest elevators ever. You had to press the desired floor before you went in to the elevators. The elevator did not have a panel inside, so you just had to pray you would get to the correct floor, depending on the algorithm and the number of people in line."
"First time staying here and first time staying in the Upper West Side. Definitely will be returning. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Debra. She made us feel welcome and was very friendly. We showed up 3 hours prior to our check-in time and she was very accommodating."
