nice stay at fishing village. next to the Sungai Pinang Kecil jetty. centrally located in chinese old town. but far away from beach.

Pros: Next to the SPK Jetty and very helpful staff. Even recommended many good places for food and provides great tips where only the local can.
Cons: The clothes hangers are sharp and as a result I was scratched. Perhaps covering the sharp hooks will solve further incident of hurting other occupants
Location: Good place to stay to know about the local livelihood and their foods. All within walking distance from your guesthouse.
A place to stay to mingle with the local culture and taste their traditional Chinese and Malay food. Walking around the place from the guest house is easy and it is just next door to the SPK Jetty.
However, be aware of the ferry noisc, after 6.30 am, because your room is right next door to the ferry jetty, convenient with a price.

A great base, for exploring Pangkor Island.
Posted 5 Feb 2018 on HotelsI had a really enjoyable one night stay at this property. I liked the island and I definitely think that the fishing village is the best place to stay. Relaxing on the guesthouse balcony was also very enjoyable. My main criticism is that the wifi wasn't working for the whole evening - and there was no-one t all around, to whom I could report it and no-one to fix it.
