Good Hotel but Laundry service really Bad

Breakfast good but not really, Laundry take longer bring back to our room, we almost forget our laundr, we should call them many time to get our laundry

Not as my expectations
Posted 5 Jan 2016 on HotelsThe pillow are smelly and the bed sheet are very dirty. There are some small cockroach on the curtain. The room is a little bit noisy in the morning because my room near by the swimming pool. The wifii is out of reach to my room.

Posted 29 Jun 2014 on HotelsStayed two days for business trip, staff service is excellent. Breakfast is very good. I find TV in the room to be too small and they might as well say no gym available since there is only one equipment. No airport transfer available.

It's a bit far from town.

Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Wifi in the rooms.
Location: If you need to buy groceries, the new hypermart is very near.
Wifi not working on the 5th floor. First night we were there, someone was walking on the roof top making a lot of noise. On the second day, for one reason or another, our room wasn't tidied up until I called the front desk.

No beach view but great service!
Posted 22 Apr 2012 on HotelsTo Hotels.com, pls re-check your hotel description on your website. You mentioned beach view, the Hotel has no access to beach view!! But other than that, the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even went extra mile to help me to get a local number. For all the hard work, they deserve a generous reward.

Pros: 朝食は素晴らしい
Cons: 最上階はスコールの雨音でうるさい
部屋が広く朝食もメニューがたくさんあって豪華
空港から近いがタクシーはぼられる
近くにコンビニは無いがＧＩＡＮＴというチェーンスーパーが有る
飲食店は無い
