Toiletries and Bath Towels were not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel of this class.

Property looks outdated, rugs are probably clean, but don´t look so because of they are worn out and have stains.
Breakfast buffet was messy. The restaurant was VERY crowded, it was hard to find a table, they constantly ran out of mugs, glasses, plates.
Coffee, both in the room and in the restaurant (breakfast) was horrible :-(
