My stay was truly enjoyable largely due to the warm and welcoming staff you have at the front desk and working in the dining area. I would specifically like to highlight Thais, Diana, Monica and Ruth. They made recommendations for dinner, responded to my requests for service, addressed me by name and always greeted me with a smile. Several others in the dining area were very accommodating and ready to help with whatever I needed. Keep up the great teamwork!

Great location for city plans. Close to everything else that requires a driver. Staff was discreet and professional.

After a late arrival, the check-in was fast and uncomplicated. We noticed impressive wall decoration in our room and in the hotel itself.

Good hotel needs some maintenance
Posted 16 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe had a comfortable stay at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel needs a better gym and some maintenance. The biggest downside in my opinion was the breakfast. The quality of the food was below average and not worth the money. We needed up eating outside. Staff were all very friendly.

Upgraded to suite. Was the worst. No towels no service
