This is the second time I have stayed at this location and it has not disappointed. Everyone of the staff members, front desk (Pamela), breakfast staff( I didn’t get her name) and the cleaning lady-all were so kind helpful and considerate. They made me feel at home. I cannot imagine how this hotel can function without its staff. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was a variety of food and all was delicious. This hotel is located close to stores and the metro-it was easy to get around. The pool on the rooftop was beautiful. I will always stay here when I visit Panama.

This is my second time visiting this hotel and the standard has dropped in a lot of thing , the breakfast was poor , I will give it a 5/10 , service was 7/10

Good overnight stay. I requested a king size bed, but I was given a double. But the room was clean, shower was good, and the linen was fresh.
