Roach when we went in, not good first impression. Couch and chairs were broke down, had to buy a topper for couch mattress and spent money for that and it still was awful… had to bring twin mattress in. Chairs were terrible in living area. Only a few wash clothes, had to wash often to keep those available.

There was half used toiletries and dish liquid for us to use. The patio furniture cushions were worn out. For the 6 guests we had there wasn’t enough bedding.

Upon arrival, I was met with a foul odor emanating from the inside of the condo. After further inspecting the condition of this unit I noticed a dried up splatter on the side of the refrigerator that appeared like vomit. This unit was not properly cleaned and equipped with essentials to make our stay comfortable. Will not recommend for any families trying to enjoy a nice stay at PCB.

Conviently located near beach and food. Couch in unit was well beyond worn out, and fridge had rust on inside shelves.

We stayed in unit 416. It was nice . Washer door was broken. We just needed the dryer anyway . Could have had a couple more frying plans . The air-conditioner was kind of loud . It In The same area ase the bunk- beds. Was-mart is very close . Go early in the A.M. Becouse it’s a zoo . They were out of milk . Hot dog buns . Thinks that everyone needs . So get it before hand . Staff was fine . But really didn’t have to deal with them much .Didnt have any trouble with the elevators . Lots of places to eat $$$. I had a good place to park pretty close to our room . But some poeple had to park pretty far from their rooms . All around a pretty nice place to stay … kids were running around sometimes at night , but it was spring break .
