Very beautiful property. You can tell they made some updates with painting the property. The staff is very welcoming. The room itself could use work, the ac was not as cold as it should. The carpet in the toom is very dirty, our feet were black. We had to go get more towels since ours were never replaced. The pool had vomit in the pool, but the maintenance man did remove it once we let them know. Other than small issues, it was nice.

The only thing that I noticed is that the bed smelled like a dog. Pets are allowed, but there should be non pet rooms for those who are allergic or those who are not nose blind to the smell of a dog.

The property’s location was great because you’re right on the beach. The staff were friendly. breakfast was free and it was pretty good, they had a lot of options but our favorite were the waffles that you make yourself. Parking is easy and it has an air conditioned walkway which is nice.
Now for the cons, the hotel definitely needs to fix the place up a bit. the outdoor showers were broken. the pool was gross even though they closed it for cleaning at times. check in took almost 2 hours but i think if you have a digital key it’s suppose to be quicker. the biggest diss appointment was the cleanliness. the floors are carpet and full of dog hair. it’s also sticky and wet feeling. i kept my shoes on the entire time. the bathroom has no ventilation so it’s mildewy. dog hairballs were all around and i had to call to get my room vacuumed when we got there. overall, it seems like they don’t clean the rooms just tidy up. which i expect a full clean when checking in for the first time. i don’t think i would stay here again because cleanliness is very important to me since i travel with a toddler.

Great location! Clean!! Friendly staff. Beautiful view! Complimentary breakfast was actually really good! Only negative was no maid service came in the entire five days we were there. We had to go to the front desk when we needed fresh towels and we took our trash to the large garbage can in the vending/ice room.
