The place was clean and staff members were helpful. We did have a faulty shower handle that maintenance tried to fix but immediately broke again. Other than that, everything was good! Would stay here again.

We stayed for a few days and liked this place a lot. Our room was clean and spacious (however, you can hear the noise coming from the road - a hotel this close to a major road should be properly soundproofed), and the service was pretty good. This is a hotel that's just a short drive to restaurants, the beach, and attractions like Ripleys and Wonderworks. Parking was pretty easy despite the fact that sometimes when we came back to the hotel, we found cars parked in the handicaps spots with no handicaps signs whatsoever. Seems that issue is not enforced at all by the property, which is a shame considering there are people like us who have a real issue and cannot park close to the entrance because of that. A couple of times at night when we got to the hotel and tried to get a cup of coffee, there was none (it is supposed to be 24 hours, or so we were told at front desk when we arrived). I went up to our room and went down again an hour or so later, and found out no one had bothered to brew a fresh pot.

Everything was great! No complaints and the breakfast was good. Great for a family trip to the beach!
