We booked this hotel because it said it had a Restaurant and we had been travelling all day from the UK bulb when we got here it was closed we were very hungry and very disappointed, the room was ok and was being modernised but parts were unfinished such as the Toilet door frame had not been sanded down where it had been filled which meant if was rough to touch, the new frame had also not been painted, their was no Tea and Coffee facilities which is usually standard in most hotels, in the pictures online it said breakfast and showed a Cup above this picture which led us to believe Tea and coffee would be included in the rooms, it was not, we could not leave the hotel as it was late and did not know the area to go and find any food or Hot drinks, the push the sink plug to lock and open it but this was hard to da and kept letting all the water out if tgd dunk again disappointing, also in the main Pucture it shows the Hotel all lite up at night as if it’s open it was not like this ege. We arrived it looked Deserted

The only comfort to have was that the bed was comfortable and spacious. There was no soap bar by sink no shower curtain no hands free shower only tub. The partition Wall between the rooms was to thin and excessive noise was very disturbing

Nightmare

This experience has left me and my family distraught. We were going to our daughter's wedding and had booked the hotel months before on hotel.com paid up front was given receipt and as far as we were concerned everything was booked. When we arrived we were basically told to go away as our rooms had been given away because we did not pay enough. Even though I had the confirmation of the booking and price we paid they were adamant that we could not stay. As you can imagine we turned up the day before our daughter's wedding expecting rooms of a decent hotel, well this did not happen. The receptionist did get on the phone and advised she had booked us into another hotel. This hotel was in the middle of an industrial estate miles from anywhere and the rooms were so small it was hard to change and my husband suffers with clostraphobia it was more like a very poor motel. Will not be going back to France the people were rude and unhelpful in the shops and restaurants. What should have been a wonderful event was married, and when speaking to some of the guests found they also were experiencing the same as ourselves. If this is what happens when booking with hotel.com I will not be using them again and anyone that asks for a recommendation I will not be praying hotels.com or the hotel Ricard.

Really nice hotel, great dinner and nice choices for breakfast. My only complaint was I thought the bed was a little too hard for me.

Le seul petit bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, et avec des valises lourdes c'est un peu galère.
