"I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re a clean person. This is the first time I’m leaving a negative review on any site. Normally I’ll just make a decision, to not come back. However the floors in the rooms are beyond filthy. You definitely have to wear slippers, if not your feet would be dirty after taking three steps. The tiles were slippery and felt like I was at an ice-skating rink, and the rug was just filthy beyond max. No microwave just a mini fridge. One of the curtains had a rip in it. Another thing, parking is very inconvenient. It’s about a 7 to 8 minute drive to the parking garage and then when you find parking it’s like a seven minute walk back to the hotel, going up and down steps. Elevators. It just sucked. Parking is not included, you have to pay for parking. The sheets to the bed had stains on them. I couldn’t believe it. And the way they have it set up. Hardly nobody is downstairs at the desk. You have to go to the second floor for customer service, if you wanted breakfast it’s on the fourth floor or if you want ice and breakfast wasn’t even all that. The only good thing I can say is the view from the balcony if you could see the sea from your balcony that was a beautiful view but balcony was dirty as well. And at least the air conditioning worked."

"We had family stay in two rooms (3 family members per room). 3 people on the 4th floor and 3 people on the 5th floor. Both floors only had 1 roll of toilet paper for one week!!! When asked for more toilet paper the wait was for over an hour. Towels are also not changed unless you request them and that takes time too. And goodluck getting your room cleaned…they only clean IF you request it there is no sign to leave on the door to have your room cleaned! And when you request at the front desk to have it cleaned, it took 3 days. In the 4th floor room 2471, we found 6 roaches in the kitchen and living room area. We reported that and were told oh we just exterminated that room that’s probably why. Would you like to switch? Why would you offer a room that you KNOW actively has a high chance of having roaches? The good thing that I can say is that the bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was nice for the 4th floor. For the 5th floor room the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever with springs. Also has to request toilet paper, towels, and coffee filters and wait for hours multiple times. The lobby itself is beautiful and the pool and beach is well kept. Kind of stinks that the Seahorse bar and grill only stays open till 5:30pm…"
