Good room service but not so sure about the coffee shop

While we don't have a full active coffee shop on site, our room service and banquets team is available to make coffee based beverages throughout the day through Room Service or in events. Our apologies if it was portrayed as a full service coffee shop. We do hope to have you again in the future!

A delightful hotel in Palo Alto! We will definitely be returning any time we are in the area. It was close to restaurants and shops, clean and charming.
