Never got a full clean in the five days we were there, no clean at all one day, did our own washing, dryer didn’t work. Second day asked several times for the clean, came at 3pm and emptied a rubbish bin, took away towels, made the bed. No vacuum done at all, asked for more milk, never came had to go out and get again. Fridge was noisy all night long and loud. Front line staff were friendly, but that’s all. Would never stay there again

From reading your review we know for next time to make sure our housekeepers do an earlier service when requested, to put more than 4x milk pottles in the rooms and to check our dryer and washing machine units prior to arrival. i didnt like the customer service, they seemed like theyre bored with their job, not a warm welcome and just felt very weird. Need to do better when cleaning the rooms as well, ours was filthy!!!!

We stayed at QS for 2 nights Feb 2024. We booked and paid online. We had a rental car. We noted on the booking site it mentioned limited onsite parking. When we checkied in, there was no parking available, so we had park on the street which made us feel a bit unsafe. There is only one key per room - the cleaner left our room unlocked on day! The room has a small kitchenette with a cooking area with a microwave, dishwasher, small cooktop, toaster, fridge. Also there was also a washing machine and dryer, which was welcome given we’d been on the road for nearly a week by this time. Sadly, the dryer was broken as the door didn’t latch. The front desk staff member said he couldn’t get anyone to fix it. The bed was quite comfortable and of a decent size. The sheets and pillows were clean and crisp. The room also has Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a heatpump for heating and cooling Overall, a few issues, but QS does represent decent value for money. Just temper your expectations before checking in. C accommodation. The rude front desk staff are the greatest limitations at present.

We regret to note about the unpleasant experience in terms of parking. since we are located at the heart of the city and within a lot of commercial buildings, we only have a limited number of parking spaces which needs to be pre booked in advance. Second room key can be issued only on request, im sure in your situation you must have forgotten to request from us. How ever we do apologies for not locking your room door after the daily service, which we already have addressed with the team as we believe it should not have happened. The key would not fit into our door - in need of repair. Parking situation was unclear. Local area knowledge off management non-existent.

All Around Disappointing

Appears to be old converted office suites. Bed mattress was similar to a pullout couch. No staff after 9PM with a lockout fee if you happen in o forget your key. Unfortunately, It was the last room in town so I paid a lot for crummy accommodations. Avoid if possible

Friendly welcome, room was big, didn't like the choice of pillows - very flat. Bed was hard down the middle. No tissues or cloth to wipe bench, fridge was very noisy.

The original room I booked was in appalling state with cobwebs caked on the inside of the windows, covered so much in cobwebs it was visible upon entry of the room. Certainly not an easy miss to a cleaner as they literally lined the whole interior of the windows. The fridge was not on/working and the cleaniness in an extreme poor state. I dont think that room had seen a cleaner or visitor in a very long time as the cobwebs were old and excessive. They did move me to a disability room that im sure was less than what i had booked and paid for. The original room i booked had a washing machine and dryer, the replacement room had nothing of sorts. Reception Staff were lovely but no compensation of room downgrades offered. Hair on the cups in the cupboards but the downgraded room was a lot cleaner than the first. A group of us stayed and all mentioned the tightness of the car parks they paid the additional $15 each night to park but all ended up moving their cars to the street to save damage by other cars squeezing in beside them. They were unable to open their car doors. Location was great for where we needed to be with various options of restaurants near by. 6 x rooms were booked by us here and 5 of them had issues with cleaniness. Ive read other comments on here that are accurate due to cleanliness. The shower extractor unit was coated in dust. This place needs a complete overhaul of their cleaning regime.
