Although an old Hotel the property is in very good state of maintenance.
Rooms and whole business is very well maintained and very clean

It wasn't too bad. It wasn't obvious at first where the reception was. I wasn't overly impressed with the location, but I obviously wasn't that bothered. It's not too far away from the Square, so I'm reasonably happy even if it felt a bit isolated. Don't like being next to a TAB but it didn't intrude on my stay so it all evened out
