Forced entries to my room, knocking on my door from 2am - 7am, police called, four hours for a room switch, contruction issues. Not the stay I expected

Room wasn’t the best normally all Hampton inn our beautiful they were doing room renovation so I guess we did not get the new rooms

Had an absolutely awesome breakfast, hotel was extremely clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the maid forgot to clean out the fridge from the previous occupants so it was full of garbage but room was clean other than that, bed was fine for the quality of hotel. We were there for only about 12 hours so didn’t really see what was around but appeared to be in an area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. We’ll stay here again if we ever travel to Palmdale again
