We had a truly bad time. i will never stay there again, and i advise everyone else not to stay at that place. first, there is no staff at the hotel, nobody. no reception, absolutely nobody. Finally, we read the notice at the door which directed us to go to a hotel down the road. there we obtained the room key. there were several deficiencies with the room. The booking price included continental breakfast. There was no such think (again, no staff onsite). Never never never again. Uwe

So Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We send an email to each guest informing them that the lobby closes at 5pm and to proceed next door to check in. Breakfast is served in the lobby every day from 9am - 11am. There is even a sign on the lobby door.

Awesome property. Close to many restaurants. Approximately 15 minute walk to main area of North Palm Canyon. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Continental breakfast and wine and cheese in the late afternoon. Staff were awesome and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

One of my absolute favorite hotels in palm springs. It is conveniently located and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can take a walk at any time, neighborhood is safe. Rooms are well decorated and beds are comfortable. Wine and cheese every afternoon :)

Good hotel with just a few rough edges

Great location. Clean and cozy property great for stays of 3-4 nights. Bedding and pillows need a big update and room doesn't have a desk if that's important to you. Nice balcony - bit cold in late Jan to use but it's here. Outdoor furniture wasn't cleaned up so bit of a letdown. Very Clean pool and whirlpool to use as well. Small continental breakfast and wine and cheese options around 4 pm.

Love everything about this hotel. Location is absolutely perfect - especially if attending the film festival or events in downtown Palm Springs. It's small enough and private enough, it feels like you’re staying at a friends home.
