Hotel W is over-priced and over-rated. You would expect more from this hotel brand in Dubai. It fails to deliver on many levels. As frequent visitors to Dubai and having stopped at may luxury hotels. We were extremely disappointed and I would not recommend to travellers to go Hotel W Dubai, if you want to experience luxury, hospitality and incredible customer service use another hotel.

Excellent hotel, lobby staff needs improvement. Upper management are definitely better and when they intervene they do well but the receptionists needs improvement and need better attitude.

Superb hotel! Upper management are great but certain staff members could use better attitude towards residents and customers… However upper management stepped in and satisfied the needs, but certain staff members beneath them (lobby) need to be removed from hospitality completely or receive better training. Otherwise, great hotel, quiet and clean which was my main concern. Valet parking is fantastic. Dining options are great. Pool and beach staff are very good. All in all highly recommend it.

Customer service just made this hotel 10/10. All staff were incredibly accommodating which was a dream! The room was an excellent size and clean, decor abit strange but great hotel and the grounds were beautiful too, would visit again.
