Booked the wrong room by mistake, and the staff didn’t want to give me a better room. They said because I didn’t booked through them directly….. very disappointed with the situation…..

I am sorry to hear that you were not able to change the room that you had booked as it was not the one that you wanted. However, the front desk is not able to make changes to a reservation that was not booked at the property, the website or the through the Red Roof reservations line, you would have to call your booking source for them to have it upgraded as our systems are different. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. I don’t know where the “plus” is at this location. There’s only 1 trash can (none in bathroom, odd) rusty lamp, maybe 10 ish channels (all HBO) dusty walls. 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a room that sleeps 4 (family of 4, we had to ask for more) and ac sounds like it’s struggling

Had an excellent staying at the red roof plus. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Definitely would recommend.
