Hi when we came in to check in no friendly greeting. He was afraid to speak .l asked.for bottom floor ,became my mom is handicap and wanted a handicap on 3 floor.light on right sise of bed didn't work no stopper in sink.the cabinet that housed the frig the bottom was like someone chipped at it.we checked out the next morning .we were not pleased.

The family that previously owned the property operated it as a Days Inn motel, serving the needs of a budget-minded market segment. We see a much brighter future. We understand that this property is not yet what it can become. Much work is needed, and our company is geared up for the task. The Palm Coast Hotel & Suites has “good bones,” is less than ten years old, has an excellent location, and now is the only IHG property between St Augustine and Daytona. I apologize that this visit was not everything you’ve come to expect from IHG. We hope that in the coming months, you will bless us with another opportunity to serve your lodging needs and to show you how good a stay in Palm Coast can truly be!

Clean, quiet, inexpensive, walking distance to near by restaurants. Hidden, great parking even for larger vehicles.

Facility was going through a renovation and turnover but it was very nice, reasonably priced with a high end feel. We would definitely stay there again. Excellent location.
