"This is a unique property, very comfy for a family of 4 (14 and 12). Very nice view from the rooftop to the iconic opera house in Sydney. The breakfast buffet is fresh and complete, and they received us in the morning after a 15+ hour flight with early check-in, what a surprise!! Will come back and recommend to friends and relatives!"

"I stayed in this hotel for a number of times when it was Radisson Blu. Room is still very nice with no new renovation. There was some miscommunication with the porter staff that duplicate pickups of my luggages when I checked out. The first one didn’t bring in trolley. So I ended up carrying some myself, which wasn't supposed to happen. Had in room dining twice and had 20% discount, also had late check out. "

The team went above and beyond surprising us with a stunning room upgrade, a thoughtful bottle of wine, balloons, chocolates, rose petals on the bed, and even a personalised “Happy Anniversary” message written on the window. Every detail was intentional, elegant, and heartfelt. My partner was speechless, and I couldn’t have asked for a better setting to propose. We also dined at the restaurant during our stay, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Room service was faultless, fast, beautifully presented, and delicious every time. Even the small touches the warmth of the staff, the calm energy of the space, the discretion made this experience truly exceptional. This wasn’t just a hotel stay. "I’ve stayed at the view many times for work purposes. This time I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and felt very welcomed. The lady on reception who checked me in and also checked me out after 3 nights was lovely. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable as always. The beds and pillows are the best of all other hotels in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again. "
