I couldn't fault the property or staff. Stayed for 1 night to attend a christening in crows nest. Great location. Well maintained hotel that feels five star. The hotel is well situated, near a metro line and many good restaurants (catering to the North Sydney CBD crowd). Parking is a little of a challenge though, but it is the CBD after all. Great team, during check in and out, spacious and clean room, with modern decor. The one thing they could improve on is better lighting in the bathroom, for overall safety as well as other functions: shaving/ makeup alert at the vanity.

Nice staff, nice big room with mini-bar, coffee machine etc, iron and ironing board. Well equipped bathroom. Only thing I'd say is about the lighting in the rooms -- bathroom only has very dim downlights and also one downlight above the mirror...couldn't see myself very well when getting ready! Nice staff, and there is a food court downstairs, a pool and gym! Excellent aircon!!!
