I would come here again. The accommodations were nice and the resort was located in a great spot near other restaurants and activities. The staff was always kind and greeted you with a smile whenever passing by. My only complaint is the front desk staff. I did not receive cleaning one day and when I returned to my room for the night I called the desk to request another set of towels. They had no urgency to send me up another set for the night as I didn't receive them until an hour later and after making a trip down to the front desk myself where I was told I needed to have my do not disturb placard off my door by 7:30am to get housekeeping for that day. So set your alarms folks you'll be waking up early on your vacation if you expect to get a cleaning for the day.

The hotel needs updating but the staff is so friendly, the rooms are very clean, the restaurants are very good and the beach is super nice.

The property is ideally located near the beach and offers a variety of wonderful restaurants both on-site and nearby. Although the hotel rooms were a bit dated with popcorn ceilings and challenging sliding glass doors, they were kept immaculate by the excellent housekeeping staff. The interior of the buildings was clean and featured many shops and dining options. The outdoor areas and pools were well-maintained, though the hot tubs were not operational. Overall, we had a fantastic time, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff!

property was great. rooms are outdated but they are clean and comfortable. location is wonderful and very close to many dining options

Bin staying here for years but seems to be going down hill a-c almost caught on fire and then tried to down grade the room to the 7th floor finally I refused to move and told the I sleep with the door open and finally the gave me a better room

The palm Tower was horrible. I was on the 2nd floor it was a family trip so I booked 2 rooms. When you exit the elevator it smells terrible, like mold . The rooms were very basic I really expected better. Needs a real renovation in those rooms. The grounds was beautiful everyone was friendly. The cleaners did a good job cleaning the rooms. The convenience of the beach was a plus. All in all it's a decent place to stay not sure if the other towers are the same but I wouldn't stay again because of that odor and outdated rooms.

Great location on Beach. Only complaint is that many of lounge chairs were broken and/or dirty.
