Love staying here! We are here twice a year. The only thing I wish for is towel racks!

Thank you for staying with us. We recently replaced all of the beds. We did away with the traditional frames and box-springs and installed metal platforms and new mattresses.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, provided shuttle bus to concert, clean and comfortable bed.

Everything was great! I asked the young lady at the front desk if she had a fan we could use since we like the noise and she had one! The bed was comfortable and we slept like a log! Only thing I would suggest is hallways and room smelled a little musty. Otherwise would stay there again...

Poor Planning
Posted 21 Feb 2024 on HotelsAlthough I know that hotels.com cannot guarantee type of room, but I really needed a handicap room, especially with bars in the shower, for my 89 year old mom. Plus, needed the shorter bed for her to get into, since she is only 5ft. Staff did try to accommodate to the best of their ability but really poor planning to rent out the requested type of room to somebody else.

I do apologize that we were not able to have the room requested available. We did speak and I offered a handicap accessible room with a lower bed and walk in shower, but it was not a 2 room that you needed for sleep issues. Seeing as we only have 2 handicap rooms with walk in showers, one being the 2 room suite, I made a judgement call the day before for a guest that is wheelchair bound and the other room was not available. Thank you for staying with us, and again my apologies.
