The hotel, with the beautiful courtyard, is very elegant and old world style. Great area for eating and shopping. Staff was very good. Room was big, nice. Great A/C. Breakfast was very good. Only thing that was bad was the Internet. Dropped off constantly. Very frustrating.

Palermo is interesting. It gives an impression of neglect. Lots of fascinating buildings not really looked after. It is worth a visit and the hotel is a great base.

We had a family emergency and had to leave our Vaction early. I tried to contract both Expedia and the hotel several times with no reply back.
I will never use Expedia again.

Grand spacious hotel with lovely central cloister/atrium. Dining Room a little old fashioned and felt bleak with only a handful of diners in the evening. Dim the lights / have table lights or candles.
