Like: location, quiet.
Dislike: Room and hallway decor was quite uninviting and too art-deco for our taste.

Air conditioner not working. Hot nights and air conditioning unit only blew warm air.

We only stayed here one night but it was a great experience. The gentleman who checked us in was terrific and the stay was very pleasant. The location is walking distance to a lots of restaurants and attractions. We would stay here again for a longer stay.

Highly recommended. i enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were cheerful and accomodating. The location is close to tourist attractions as well as jigh end shopping area.

The folks at the reception desk are super friendly and super helpful. The communication prior to arrival was great. We had a 2 room suite that was very comfortable. The location was central to the older part of Palermo. 2 restaurants i suggest you reserve ahead of time, Locale and Nona Dora
