Third world room and amenities. Toilet was horrible and no hot water even.

Attractive exterior. Rooms are sufficient.
“Hot water” in shower is room temperature.
Reserved 2 double beds but got a single.
WiFi only works in Courtyard, not in rooms.
After being in Palenque a couple nights, we found better hotels at the same price.

Gregory at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. As for the room, it's a comfortable place to stay when in town to see the ruins. Nothing fancy but you can't beat the price.

GOOD! Comfortable and silent place. Visiting Palenque and being near to everything was great.
