Room is clean, hotel staff is polite and friendly. However the hotel has super lousy wifi. Non existent for the whole duration of our stay there. Given feedback that 1 lightbulb inside the cabinet was faulty from day 1. Never got it fixed until the last day we were there. There’s fridge inside the room. Not really cold but at least has one in there.

Not value for money

I was alone and they cannot even give me a double room. So sad

The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. They were effericent in rectifying issues. Only setback is the buffet breakfast that could add more variety.

Pros: Location is near to amenities
Cons: Communication between staff, apparently my request wasn't communicated to housekeeping dept and the reception taking over 2nd shift
Location: There is a very nice mall nearby and food is available right outside hotel
One of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed. I first checked in with a key access card that didn't work, the staff was kind enough to accompany to my room to ensure I can have access, but 2nd card didnt worked either. I was given entry using the staff master card and was told my key card will be sent to my room shortly. To cut long story short, the room card was only delivered to me in two hours later after two phone calls. Cleanliness: The room had stains on the comforter, which I called reception for a change, of which which was only done after 2 calls in almost 2 hours later. Noise: I was given a room facing the main road, totally could not sleep at all as insulation was bad, requested for change of room at 1.30am of which was accommodated. In the new room, there was a patch of soap liquid not cleared up by the window, I only come to realise that it was soap instead of some sticky liquid when i washed off the sticky liquid in the bathroom where all the bubbles appear,

don't stay at the top floor... their compressor sounds terrible... 10th floor under will be awesome...
