How can someone who didn’t set foot inside the hotel qualify it? Furthermore, sounds like the revenge for a mistake made by Expedia, not us. We followed the procedure and have proofs of it.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! After a very long day on the Camino Gustavo came and picked us up. The room and the hotel was stunning. The hospitality was top notch. Neon cooked us a custom meal. They drove us back to the Camino in the morning after a delicious full breakfast. Well worth it! Highly recommended.

What a fantastic place to stay, the service was outstanding, we were able to eat when it was convenient for our group, very personable staff, the beds were very comfortable, I highly recommended staying here

Posted 20 Sep 2023 on HotelsWhat an amazing property. I would call it a boutique home, not hotel. The staff is helpful and kind. Thank you, Nayon. I will come back to this place just to marvel at the size of the rooms and the luxurious bathrooms. Next time I will use the movie theater.

Un vrai cocon en pleine nature.

Amabilité des hôtes exceptionnelle. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Très belle salle de bain avec baignoire à jets pour se relaxer après une belle étape de marche.
Une très bonne table.

Posted 16 Jul 2020 on HotelsPazo de Laia es una gran opcion buscando tranquilidad y descanso en un entorno privilegiado.
El Pazo es espectacular, bien restaurado y decorado con un mezcla oriental (por los origenes Saudies de la propiedad) y occidental interesante.
El servicio que presta Gustavo, anfitrion y propietario es muy bueno. A su esmerada atencion se suma el servicio de transporte que brinda (el pazo esta a 5km de Palas do Rey). Buen sitio para descansar y relajarse en bonito entorno.
