At the time of check in there was no welcome drink.
Hospitality in terms Personal touch is lacking somewhere.

Palanpur -- your next destination..!!!
Posted 7 Mar 2018 on HotelsThis is one of the finest experiences .. the hotel is located in middle of the city with some of the finest view of the mountain.. staff is courteous , very friendly and helpful.. fantastic breakfast spread with good quality food.. the best part was the revolving restaurant with a breathtaking view of the mountains.. and 360 degrees bar..

Pros: Location, Personnell , Rooms , Breakfast.
Cons: The Kitchen staff could make less noise
Location: Excellent location, near Dharamshala and Bir.
Excellent location with a nice view on all sides , this new property must be congratulated for brining a high level of professionalism to the region. Rohit and Shubham at the front office were outstanding in every respect. The Breakfast was superb and well made. Housekeeping was par excellence.
