Nice building in beautiful surroundings
Posted 20 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe condo is in a beautiful area, with tall mountains close and the entrance to the national park just a minute away. It is a pretty new building and the unit was clean. This unit had windows facing east. The bed was very comfortable, not rock hard like most are in Thailand. There is wifi in the unit. (the website said there wasn't any in the room for some reason). We had a maintenance issue during our stay, but the owner was very easy to work with and reasonable, which we appreciated.

This place is private and close to Khaoyai national park entrance. The view from balcony is also impress. There is a small kitchen which is convenient for cook some easy meal during night and breakfast.

Beautiful hotel
Posted 4 Mar 2019 on HotelsAbsolutely stunning hotel with beautiful views al around, and staff were very friendly! Literally a 5 minute walk to Khao Yai National Park so in the perfect location too. I would highly reccommend this hotel!

New condo, can't ask for much more
Posted 17 Oct 2018 on HotelsGreat location, not far from Khao Yai National Park north gate. A clean, comfortable, new condo with everything you would need. We took our bikes and rode the whole area from there, it was perfect for that.

Private apartment - not a hotel

Pros: Nice location, away from busy area of town. But you will need a car - but you will need one in Khao Yai regardless.
The apartment is cosy
Cons: Facilities are limited.
Location: It is near the entrance to the national park, but you would generally need a car. It is about 10 to 20 mins drive to various nearby locations
Firstly, this is a private apartment, not a hotel. You have to get the keys from the management office, and a note that they don't speak English.
The address on Expedia is misleading as well. The first set of numbers is the apartment number, and The Loftt doesn't exist. Search on Google Maps for Baan Khao Yai.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor, with great views of the mountains. It is a one bedroom apartment and the room is nicely furnished (cosy and contemporary), with a balcony that offers rather breathtaking views.
The bed and pillows are comfortable - only two pillows provided.
If you are heading there late, you might want to contact the hotel about the key pick-up in case the management office is closed. Presumeably they will pass the keys to the security guard.
