The carpet is in major need of shampooing.
Although swept nicely, my todlers feet was black in no time after bathing and my white socks were black on the bottoms of them. Otherwise, it was the room was clean.

Breakfast was cold. Had to be microwaved. Omelettes and biscuits were kept in a refrigerator at the breakfast counter.

This hotel has an older feel to it but was clean with friendly staff. It was well worth the stay with a lower nightly fee than others in the area, so I was a little concerned but it was a great stay for the money, more than I expected. The rooms are well insulated, so we didn't hear any other people coming or leaving or any traffic sounds which was really nice. The sheets and bedding were clean. The only drawback we saw and the only reason for not rating the 5 stars was the questionable state of the carpeting. It was old and worn, leaving us to be afraid to walk without shoes/slippers. I am not saying it wasn't clean because you couldn't tell if it was or not (It was a dark color) We would stay again.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice even though they were having problems with their computer. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable.
