Never got hot water in the shower. Sink plumbing was backwards. Tub had black spots and a dark ring. Should have been replaced long ago.

A beautiful property with many unexpected amenities such as an indoor pool, iron and ironing board in the room, a refrigerator, microwave oven and the ubiquitous coffee maker. A walk in shower with an adjustable shower head, plenty of towels and great lighting in the room itself. Breakfast is available and free from 8:00-10:00am. All in all a terrific value for the price. Very friendly staff, with plenty of smiles, great attitudes and willing to go the extra mile to please their guests. Highly recommended if you’re staying in the Painesville, Ohio area.

We had a great experience in the hotel, staff especially Nary us very accommodating and helpful. Kitchen staff as well were great , breakfast was great. Very clean hotel and pool. I definitely recommend the hotel.
