The lady at check in was very friendly,helpful and professional.
The view is lovely, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.Bed was comfortable. Great kitchen, but refrained from cooking because of the list of rules.
The range hood in the kitchen was smelly. Apartment needs updating.
Was good having 11am check out.

The Palms are really well appointed and convenient. On site parking and great staff support. Amazing views and the Bay of Islands to swim in across the road, 20m from the front door!
