Very helpful staff. Everything clean and of good standard, very comfortable king bed.
Minuses: access to wardrobe and drawers in the bedroom limited due to close proximity of the bed. Access to microwave inconvenient due to its positioning (sideway) in a corner of the kitchenette.

We had an awesome stay at the breakwater motel, lovely water front view, closed by shops the restaurants for convenience, friendly staff and super nice and clean facilities; can’t ask for more, highly recommended!

Unfortunately our room was not available for the first night and the owners did not resolve the issue to our satisfaction. In fact at check out one was particularly dismissive and rude.

Reception staff super nice and helpful offering advise on what to see in the area
Room was very clean with nice coffee and even hot chocolate
Great view of the water from front rooms
Walking distance to town

Great stay at Breakwater Motel for our family of five. Room was serviced daily, baby cot in the bedroom when requested. Large kitchen with utensils for cooking. Overall nice clean room with fantastic sea views.
