The listing says laundry facilities and air conditioning but both are certain times and this should be noted.

Higher Standard of Best Western than in the US.
Posted 7 Sep 2023 on HotelsI was initially only going to stay at Best Western Biri for 3 nights & then switch hotels but decided to stay at the hotel for all 8 nights I was in Padova. The rooms were clean, very spacious and the a/c was strong (which was important since there was a major heatwave at the time). The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. If you need documents printed, they will print it for you. I wanted to print a photo of my dog who I recently lost to bring to the Basilica and Caty, the front desk agent, went out of her way to make sure it was printed nicely. That meant a lot to me. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants and a shopping center nearby. City center and Basilica are walkable or a 5-10 minute taxi ride. Although their restaurant menu only changes once a week, the food was delicious. Their rooftop gives you a gorgeous view of Padova that are definitely IG worthy. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Padova next year.

It was fine for a brief stop. The check-in staff were courteous and helpful with a room change to avoid noise for the rooms at the front of the hotel. Nice 7th-floor terrace. Free Parking. Not recommended as a tourist visit hotel.

Clean facility, offers a private shuttle to Venice airport on request ( we needed the vehicle at 1am. Front desk available 24/7. The room was well kept and the ac was fantastic during the heat.

Extremely clean, professional at front desk. Healthy walking distance to explore main tourist attractions in Padova. Food services with high quality. Very charming bar and good selection of beverages.
