Nice but not nice!

The hotel is really nice and sleek, decorations was beautiful since Christmas is here! The issue was the favorite phrase in Mexico 'no se puede' [it is not possible]. I made a mistake with my bookings, I am not perfect! I wanted to cancel that last night, 'it is not possible', I called hotels.com, of course, it was not possible. Since we were there for a big family event, I asked the hotel to credit that last night money to a family member, first they say 'yes, they would only pay the difference since it was a different night [Monday for Saturday]. When the family arrived and we were ready for the transaction, the manager said 'no se puede!' How the f*ck 'no se puede?' and yes, it was not possible! They were not able to help at all! When am I going to come back to this hotel? NEVER!!!! No se puede!!!!!

Hotel in a gas station

Pros: Nothing, horrible location and nothing luxury as they claim to be.
Cons: Location, customer service, for things that they announce to function.
Location: Hotel is in the parking lot of a gas station. It is on one of the main avenues and you can hear all the cars passing by.
Hotel is located in a gas station! The only luxury on the hotel is the name. After 5 minutes that we entered the hotel we noticed that the cable did not work and notified front desk person, he checked other rooms and said that it was working in other rooms, then I asked to be moved to another room and he said that he needed to check and see if cable was working when a minute ago he confirmed that cable worked at other rooms. After he supposedly checked, he said that it was an issue with the cable company and that in 20 minutes they were going to fix it. We waited and I had to go down and asked since they never came to let us know anything. I told the front desk person that since we just checked in and if cable was not working and he could not change me to another room that I wanted my money back so we could go to another hotel. Front desk person called the manager and he said that they could not give us the money back and that there was nothing they could do for us. Did a review on Expedia and 15 minutes later the manager said that he will give us free breakfast. We did not want a free breakfast, we just wanted what we paid for. The hotel only had three rooms occupancy ( I asked), so the least they could do is changes us to one of the rooms where they said cable worked, however they refused to do that.

Huge and elegant rooms!

Pros: High ceiling and huge room.
Cons: Better towels please
I was impressed when we walked in the room. The rooms were huge and elegant. Clean of course! You can't hear any noise from the adjacent room. Highly recommended.
