This hotel does not follow the Holiday Inn franchise. Coffee in the lobby and at breakfast is way different that everywhere you find when you stay in any Holiday Inn Express.
It seems that the franchise did not enforce to keep the standardization of the hotel.

I paid $624 pesos to wash not that much laundry. I specifically indicated in the form no fabric softener. The used the softener anyway and ruined my clothes. So gross!
