The property was fine. The staff was ok but they tried to charge me additional money when using the laundry service. More than what they originally informed me. Other than that, the hotel is ok.

A one night get away was nice meeting with my sister in law and brother. The food was excellent.

The staff is very friendly and excellent service. The restaurant food is excellent and the waiters provide excellent quality service.

Very convenient, close to main roads, the staff here goes way beyond, excellent service, super fast and always trying to help

this is a great place to stay in Pachuca, what makes this place excellent is the staff/service , always the extra mile!!!!! and the place is in excellent conditions.
