Everyone was so willing to help with anything you needed. Liked the bar area and sitting room.
Shower nice and large.

Right in the heart of Oxford, this hotel made me feel like I was part of the history of the place.

The reception and concierge staff were exceptional. The room, which had been upgraded for free, was lovely and the bars and lounges had a great ambiance.
There could be more seating around the main bar lounge as this was rather limited.
Would definitely stay at the Randolph if visiting Oxford again in the future.
