Property staff was amazing. Managment needs to improve on detailing the rooms as i saw many spider webs in my room uncluding sofas during my stay.
Breakfast was free but the way it was being served in biodegradable one time use bowls, plates, plastic spoons and other cutleries was a big disappointment.

Did not know there was no elevator. Do not like hauling our luggage up stairs. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and is self serve.

Our room was extremely clean. It was nice to have a window that opened up a bit :). The fan/heater worked great. The staff was wonderful!! They were knowledgable about the area, very friendly and helped us when we needed it :).
Thank you so much to the staff here, you guys were amazing! We will be back :)

Great spot, breakfast had lots of options. Pool was great for the kids. Had some troubles using the sauna - women’s too cold and men’s too hot! Great stay overall though and good price, would consider returning
