Room and property was clean and fairly updated. Room was clean but had some cracks in the walls. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which I thought was odd. We checked in after 7pm and the person at the desk, Roni, was not friendly or welcoming. She didn’t even say hello or acknowledge that I had walked in. I felt as if I was bothering her. This gave me a negative impression right off the bat. However, the next morning I went down to check out the hot breakfast and the daytime staff was great, friendly, and smiling. The breakfast was actually very good. All in all, I would consider staying again if staying in this area.

We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback. Most hotels ours included do not have individual exhaust fans they are built-in ceiling air intake systems throughout the hotel. I'm sorry to hear your check in experience was not the greatest but am glad the next day it was much better, and you enjoyed your breakfast. Hope you stay again.

Stayed one night on business and found it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice location near I-86.

Friendly staff, nice pool, close to the interstate. Also historical area a few minutes down the road where you can shop local. Fast food right across the road for quick meals. We were there for a sporting event and it met our needs for accessibility, ease and safety.

They charged us $75 fee for pets, which was unexpected. After being surprised by the additional charge, the staff was rude to us. The room has loud air conditioning systems. We asked to change the room, but the second room has similar issues. At the end we decided to not change the room but just leave the air conditioning off. Breakfast was okay. We didn't get the room with the river view.

Thank you for your business. It is clearly stated on the 3rd party website you used to book the room that there's a pet fee. Then you switched rooms which incurred additional costs to us because we had to clean 2 rooms from your stay and not 1
