It was a nice clean hotel but the best part was the helpful and courteous staff. Every staff member that we encountered on both the evening staff and the morning staff was so friendly and seemed to be looking to do whatever they could to improve our experience.

The pool area had no bathroom and there were so many box elder bugs everywhere. Along windows and door were dirty.
There was no juice or water available for breakfast, the dispenser wasn't working.

We had booked for 2 nights & thought we were locked in. With an oncoming snow storm, we needed to drive back to Nebraska, so they allowed us to leave after 1 night with credit for the 2nd night.
