Overall we were satisfied with the room and staffs. Spacious, clean, nice bathtub, but the bed was too soft to sleep well for us.

Eurostars Palacio de Christal is great! Very futuristic. Overall the hotel is clean, centrally located. We had a great view from our very large room. The was a shower and an separate bathtub in our room. Beds are very comfortable with is a must after long road trip. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Futuristic hotel

Convenient location, with a pleasant bar.
Be careful with the services on the TV (which is an iPTV). What seemed to be logging in for internet access turned out to be a scam for a music / games etc service with a monthly bill of £29.99. There have been attempts to bill my credit card which I have had to change..
