At this time I would not recommend this property. It is under renovation. The elevators don't work, the hallways smell. Many areas unfinished and unpainted. When using the shower, the concrete ceilings smell like dirt and grime. It snowed a couple of days before my arrival and the snow removal was very poor. Many areas of deep snow and ice. I'm sure it will be nice in the future, but it is not a good option right now.

Mid-remodel but good value for the price (about half the price of other LaQuintas we stayed at along our route; traveling with a cat).

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We came in at night and had a bit of hard time finding the building because the outside signage wasn’t lit. The building is old but the room we stayed was updated and very comfortable. They are going through renovation so hope soon it will be all nice and fixed up!

Hotel needed updates it was under renovation so I would recommend waiting for a year. Room was fine. But just fine. The only nice surprise was the refrigerator and microwave. But bed was okay. Hotel was quiet except for loud guests slamming doors In the middle of the night

This property has no business being open to the public yet. It looks like an abandoned property the owner cleaned up a bit and opened for service. The rooms have new beds and furniture but room was still in disrepair. Loose toilet, long open cracks in drywall ceilings. Elevator appeared unsafe. Stairwells super dirty. Outside parking dark and dirty. LaQuinta sign not lit. Customers ahead of me talking about break ins in parking lot. Also found out LaQuinta Pets Stay Free policy no longer applies across the board. This facility does not allow cats. Worse LaQuinta I ever stayed in.

Upon entering the property there were parts of the hotel that were just missing with chunks out of the landscape and also the building itself. Not the prettiest but no big deal, walking inside the hotel the lobby was very nice. The staff were very helpful all very friendly and accommodating. We walked up the stairs to go to our room on the 2nd floor and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months! We were very hesitant at that point to enter our room due to the condition of the hotel as far as cleanliness. But the room itself was very clean and pleasant. My only complaint about the room would be there was a trash bag tied around the smoke detector im assuming from previous guests and the cleaning staff missed it.
