Clean room & facility. Breakfast was better than standard. Easy to find. Parking was an issue (we checked in late and had to park next door).

I have a shuttle bus for my business and I was worried about finding a place that was easy to park in and felt safe. This is perfect. There are so many options at the front desk area for snacks, treats, food, etc. So clean and everything feels brand new. Appreciated the welcome screen on my TV in my room. Key card is nice because you just tap to door (no sliding). So easy. Very happy with my choice. Can sleep easy feeling my bus and property is safe and my room is nice! The shower is fantastic!!!

It took over 5 minutes to get warm water to our shower and then it never got hot. The carpets in the hallways are nasty and need to be replaced.

I am terribly sorry you were unsatisfied with the lack of complimentary breakfast however Hilton Garden Inn's offer a full hot made to order breakfast at a price specified by the property. The air conditioner is so loud that I cannot sleep. What is the point of a hotel room if I can't sleep in it? I called Hilton and they won't help me because I booked through Expedia. I called Expedia and they won't help me. This room is way too expensive for a room I can sleep in? This is repulsive.

First and foremost the staff was amazing! Every time we walked through the door they said hello with a smile. Check in was seamless. The convenience store was always stocked. Parking was a breeze. The room was very clean and all around comfortable. It is near the interstate so you can get anywhere in the city quickly. But again…THE STAFF!! Customer service of this level has been lost in this world but they are definitely exceptional!!
