The included breakfast was a sack breakfast only.
The room needs decor updating badly, years old I'm sure. The sink faucet did not fit the sink. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable as in probably old and well used.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
There was no place to get hot continental breakfast.
The lounge was not available. There was no direct phone service to contact the front desk from the room.

The room smelled like urine, you could see light around the door and the carpet was filthy.

1. Upon entering the room it smelled of smoke-was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. 2. There were two very small pillows for double bed and had no “fluff” 3. There was no elevator and we were placed on upstair floor 4. Upon coming to room 2nd day could not get back into room and had to climb down and up stairs to get key fixed with no apologies from staff 5. Only one wash cloth for two guests.
I reported this to Expedia and they contacted the hotel and they informed that if we left within 20 min they would credit us for one night. We said yes and within 10 min they were at our door. We left and got charged the full amount (2 days on our credit card). We disputed it with our credit card and the hotel disputed it and we were charged again. I then contacted Expedia and they called hotel which said we did not leave that is why we were charged.

The pictures DO NOT look like the actual rooms. I checked in and went straight to my room and the door frame on the inside of the room had a huge chunk of wood missing as if the door has been kicked in and the lock/latch that was there broke off the frame. When the door was shut you can see outside between the door and the frame. I left immediately and booked another hotel. I told Days Inn that I was going to leave them a bad review. I wish I could upload the pictures that I took to show how UNSAFE the room was. I pulled back the sheets and the mattress was entirely brown stained. I could not bring myself to lay down there nor stay there as I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. I went to return the key cards at check out at the end of the original reservation and told the front desk my concerns and because I did not tell them within 15 minutes of checking in that I did not stay there, the charges remained, despite the cleaning crew entering the room everyday and saw that it remained untouched. Even the front desk staff did not feel safe as they were behind a locked door and had a little window with a slot that we needed to speak to them through. There was also a horrid smell in the room, truly horrid. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. EXPEDIA - you need to perform onsite visits for the properties you list on your site.

Room was not ready when first showed up (took cleaning staff about 1 1/2 hours to have it ready); One electrical outlet was burned (still had part of a plug-in inside of it); TV didn't work well (wasn't able to change channels easily); One drawer still had OREO cookie crumbs inside; Pillows were not clean; And the ceiling looked inside it had dust (especially near the old A/C vent).
The room I stayed in REALLY needs redone COMPLETELY from top to bottom---New Paint, New Floor, New EVERYTHING.......

Repairs to paint and cracks were unsightly. Rips in comforter. Tub full of rust.
