Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better.

Very friendly staff. Air conditioning works well. I like to recognize Sanna who took care of my room during my stay. She went well beyond to make sure my room is clean, was very attentive and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to everyone one

It is unique in the fact it is the best in Oujda. Not a massive achievement but an achievement non the less.

First I got a dirty room and with a lower standard level - had to complain to get a clera one with an upgrade - do not take the breakfast that is very expensive compare to what you get - go to the town and you get a great one for 1/4 of the price
