Jetted tub’s light not working. Insects/ants inside the bed. Was told the resort ran out of water bottles so we had to buy from the restaurant.

Good place to stay but too far from town. Hotel van transportation service was barely available due to staffing shortage. Hotel should collaborate with their local ride share service.

朝食が豪華なリゾート施設
Posted 6 Dec 2022 on Hotels朝食が豪華。エコ(スタンダード)ルームはそれなりに狭いが、最低限は揃っており困る事はあまりない。2人連続でシャワーを使ってもお湯がきちんと出る。敷地内に土産物屋、コンビニ、カフェ、食堂(朝食会場とは別)がある。ただし、17時前に全て閉まる。
部屋の湿度が高くエアコンのドライ設定をオンにして一晩過ごしても湿気を感じる。英語が通じるスタッフが限定的。敷地内の道路は、おそらく意図的に小川を横断させているため、徒歩の移動が困難。移動は時間にゆとりを持って計画する必要がある。

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. Beautiful resort with a lot to do. Will stay here again.
